Meet Our Athletic Trainer
Maeve Healy serves as the licensed and certified Athletic Trainer for Lakeside High School Athletics. As part of the Lakeside Athletics sports medicine team, Maeve works closely with our student-athletes, coaches, families, and medical providers to help promote athlete health and safety throughout the school year.
Her role includes helping with the prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-play progression of athletic injuries. She also provides on-site support for Lakeside student-athletes during practices and athletic events and serves as an important connection between our athletes, families, coaches, and sports medicine providers.
Lakeside Athletics is proud to work with Emory Healthcare Sports Medicine, which provides sports medicine support to high school, collegiate, and professional athletic programs throughout the Atlanta area.
Maeve enjoys being part of the Lakeside community and is committed to helping our student-athletes compete safely, recover properly, and receive the appropriate care and guidance when injuries occur.
